We have received multiple tenant complaints regarding KMB Property Management and even a complaint from a property owner about KMB. As of June 2023, we have two small claims case pending against KMB Property Management in the small claims division of Johnson County District Court, they are Luya v. KMB, SCSC 103922 and Butter v. KMB, SCSC 104029. In Luya KMB is accused of bad faith withholding of the tenants' security deposit and in Butter of negligently failing to provide running water and repeated trespasses.
