I have significant experience in Iowa landlord tenant law, acting as counsel in landlord tenant cases in small claims, district court, the Iowa Court of Appeals and Iowa Supreme Court. You can see much of my extensive litigation record on the Tenants' Project litigation page. In addition to founding the Tenants' Project, I also advise and represent landlords. My preference is mediation and settlement over litigation and helping landlords write their leases and leasing policies so that neither settlement or litigation is necessary.
